The company uses economies of scale to establish better financial contracts, better advertising rates and bigger discounts from dealership vendors and suppliers. Darrow Automotive also offers professional resources, proactive entrepreneurial leadership support and strong manufacturer relationships.
The organization's long-term success will be accomplished through a combination of natural growth achieved through development of business opportunities and by developing open manufacturer points. All of this is achieved while aggressively supporting manufacturer's goals, policies and brand development strategies.

Operating Model
Darrow Automotive is national network of retail automobile dealership located throughout the United States. Each dealership is individually managed and operated day-to-day as a partnership between the Equity Partner and Darrow Automotive.
Our operating model is based on the concept of corporate decentralization. We believe our Equity Partners are the best-qualified individuals to run their locations, so we do not believe there is a need for a huge, expensive corporate office that dictates restrictive policies. As such, we have a small, shared-services office whose primary responsibilities are audit, compliance and guidance. We also understand that advertising strategies vary by market, and that each franchise and location is unique. Once again, we rely on our Equity Partners to make the right choices for their operations.
